Player One Amusement Group and Manatee Lanes announced the opening of a new redemption arcade inside the 30-lane bowling center in Crystal River, Florida. The game room was renovated from top to bottom and is now equipped with 22 of the latest interactive games, coinless playcard technology, and a full redemption center.
“It has been my desire for the past couple years to transform this bowling center into a hybrid FEC by adding a redemption arcade, laser tag and other attractions,” said Lars E. Langlo, President of Manatee Lanes. “Bill Freeman and the P1AG team took my rough thoughts and ideas for remodeling my old coin-op arcade and strategically planned out every square foot of the space.”
The installation of the updated games room is Phase 1 in the journey to converting the second generation bowling center into a new BEC destination.
“We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Manatee Lanes on this multiphase venture to bring Lars’ idea to life,” said Bill Freeman, Account Executive, P1AG. “The seamless coordination of effort would not be possible without great partnerships and solid team players from all sides.”
Phase 2 on the transformation roadmap includes adding two party rooms to the facility, expansion of the game room, and the removal of some of the bowling lanes for laser tag.
